Middle of its segment, heavy for its output
The Solar N Plus CN4 series is designed to maximize energy yield from the same surface area - particularly in situations where every square meter of roof space or limited mounting points are crucial. Its key advantage lies in the use of N-type cells in TOPCon technology, which maintain their efficiency over time and are less susceptible to typical losses seen in older systems (e.g., light- or potential-induced degradation). This translates to more stable energy production and a more predictable return on investment.
The CN4 series also features low temperature sensitivity, which helps maintain higher performance on hot days when many modules lose the most energy. The materials and construction also support PID and LID resistance, and in selected variants, it offers bifacial and dual-sided construction, which is useful for flat roofs and ground-mounted installations.
This is a series for investors who want to increase energy yield without increasing the size of their installation and are looking for a technology that genuinely improves the energy balance of their system.

Bottom 12% of the N-type 600-650 W segment, against a median of 22.77%.
Bottom 13% of the N-type 600-650 W segment, against a median of 227.7.
- Module efficiency of 22.2% is 0.6pp below average for N-type 600-650W panels (median: 22.8%)
- At 221.8 W/m², this panel generates 5.9 W/m² less per unit area than N-type 600-650W median (227.7 W/m²)
- Temperature coefficient of -0.29%/°C matches the N-type 600-650W median
- Weight of 37.3 kg is 4.8 kg above N-type 600-650W median (32.5 kg) - verify structural support
- 80% bifaciality enables rear-side power generation, boosting yield by 4-12% on reflective surfaces
