Understanding Temperature Coefficient
Temperature Coefficient (Pmax) indicates how much power output decreases per degree Celsius above 25°C (STC conditions).
Values are typically negative (e.g., -0.35%/°C). Less negative = better performance in heat.
Example: At 45°C (+20°C above STC), a panel with -0.30%/°C loses 6% power vs 7% for -0.35%/°C. This difference adds up over years of operation in warm climates.
