Cell Technology Explained

TOPCon (Tunnel Oxide Passivated Contact): N-type technology with excellent efficiency (22-24%) and low degradation. Currently the mainstream high-efficiency technology.

HJT (Heterojunction): Combines crystalline and thin-film silicon. Best temperature coefficient, excellent bifaciality, but higher manufacturing cost.

IBC (Interdigitated Back Contact): All contacts on the rear side for maximum light absorption. Premium efficiency but expensive.

PERC (Passivated Emitter Rear Cell): Proven P-type technology with good efficiency (19-22%). Cost-effective and widely available.
