Jinko Solar’s Tiger Neo III 66QL6-BDV series are bifacial modules with a dual glass construction, designed to genuinely increase energy yield without complicating the installation project. The application of N-type TOPCon cells translates into excellent performance under challenging conditions – during low light, early morning and evening hours, and overcast skies, where many standard modules lose efficiency. Another distinguishing feature is high bifaciality: the rear side effectively uses reflected light, which is significant on light-colored grounds, membrane-covered roofs, gravel, or elevated structure installations.

This series is tailored for investors who focus on LCOE and aim to “extract more” from the same surface area – from ground-mounted farms and floating projects to large commercial and industrial (C&I) rooftops. In practice, it helps reduce BOS costs, as the high power per module means fewer units, fewer connections, and faster installation. It stands out from the competition by combining efficiency with a focus on stable, long-term yield and structural durability.
