Middle of its segment, needs the roof space
The Luxor Solar ECO LINE HJT GLASS-GLASS BIFACIAL (M132 / 680-700 W, White Mesh) series is designed to maximize energy yield from each module, even under less-than-ideal conditions on the roof or ground. The use of N-type HJT (heterojunction) cells results in very low energy losses over time and stable energy production across a wide range of temperatures, which significantly improves the return on investment. The glass-glass construction provides higher stiffness and resistance to mechanical loads, as well as better thermal stability, leading to longer, trouble-free operation. Thanks to bifaciality, the module can also utilize reflected light from the ground, increasing energy yield without increasing the installation area. The characteristic White Mesh design facilitates aesthetically pleasing installations in projects where appearance and uniform visual reception are important. This solution is particularly suitable for PV farms, industrial installations, large commercial rooftops, and carport structures, where its advantages include durability, increased energy yield, and reduced BOS (balance of system) costs due to the higher power of the modules.

Signals from the data
Commercial, utility-scale and hot-climate.
Roofs where every square metre has to count, weight-limited structures and hot climates.
Bottom 8% of the HJT 700-750 W segment, against a median of 230.2. Ranked 3,989th in the whole database.
Bottom 11% of the HJT 700-750 W segment, against a median of 53.6.
Bottom 18% of the HJT 700-750 W segment, against a median of -0.240.
Heterojunction (HJT) technology typically offers a low temperature coefficient of around -0.24%/°C (versus -0.35% to -0.41%/°C for conventional PERC cells) and minimal LID/LeTID degradation, resulting in higher energy yield on hot days and more stable performance over the module's lifetime.
The manufacturer offers 30 years of product warranty alongside 30 years of power warranty - longer than the standard 12-15 year product / 25-30 year power warranties offered by most peer comparables (Mysolar USA, Sunket, VSUN), increasing long-term investment security.
Dual-glass construction instead of a rear polymer backsheet improves mechanical rigidity, PID resistance, and thermal stability, reducing microcracking and accelerated degradation typical of glass-backsheet designs, especially under heavy snow or wind loads.
Module efficiency in the 22.1-22.74% range matches or exceeds comparable N-type models in the 680-700 Wp segment (Mysolar 22.53%, Sunket 22.5%, VSUN 22.53%), delivering higher installed power per roof area and lower BoS costs.
The symmetrical structure of HJT cells enables effective use of ground-reflected light on the rear side of the module, particularly valuable for ground-mount installations, carports, and large industrial roofs with light-colored surfaces.
Luxor Solar does not appear on the BNEF Tier 1 list (as of Q1/Q2 2026, dominated by Jinko, LONGi, Trina, JA Solar, Tongwei), which despite the German headquarters and 30-year warranty may complicate bank financing for large commercial projects requiring formal manufacturer bankability.
The white mesh rear backing, while improving aesthetics and visual uniformity, typically transmits less light than a fully transparent glass-glass construction, which may reduce the actual additional rear-side yield compared to fully transparent variants.
- Efficiency of 22.7% matches the HJT 700-750W median
- 225.3 W/m² power density is 4.9 W/m² below HJT 700-750W median (230.2 W/m²) - requires larger installation area
- At -0.26%/°C, loses 0.02pp more power per degree than HJT 700-750W median (-0.24%/°C)
- Bifacial design (83% factor) captures reflected light - adds 4-12% yield on ground-mount or white roof
- #3210 for efficiency, #511 for temperature performance out of 14005 panels
