Middle of its segment, heavy for its output
The Waaree AHNAY series are bifacial glass-glass modules designed to genuinely increase energy yield from the same installation surface - especially on sites where the rear side of the module also generates electricity. The use of dual-glass construction enhances weather resistance and reduces the risk of micro-cracks, which is crucial for long-term operation. The AHNAY variants are available in both Mono PERC and N-type TOPCon technologies, making it easier to select the right module for project requirements and performance profiles (e.g., higher parameter stability over time). An additional advantage is resistance to PID and optimized heat dissipation thanks to split junction box solutions, which help limit the risk of hotspots and performance degradation. This is the series for investors building installations on flat roofs, PV farms, and commercial sites, where low energy costs and predictable power generation even under diffuse light and partial shading matter.

Signals from the data
Commercial, utility-scale and shaded-installations.
Weight-limited structures, tight roof space and roofs where every square metre has to count.
Bottom 4% of the PERC 600-650 W segment, against a median of 55.7. Ranked 12,467th in the whole database.
Bottom 6% of the PERC 600-650 W segment, against a median of 21.38%. Ranked 11,014th in the whole database.
Bottom 6% of the PERC 600-650 W segment, against a median of 213.8. Ranked 11,023rd in the whole database.
- At 20.6% efficiency, this panel is 0.7pp below the PERC 600-650W median of 21.4%
- Power density of 206.4 W/m² is 7.4 W/m² below PERC 600-650W median (213.8 W/m²) - needs more roof space
- Temperature coefficient of -0.34%/°C matches the PERC 600-650W median
- At 39.0 kg, this panel is 5.0 kg heavier than the PERC 600-650W median (34.0 kg) - more demanding for installation crews
- In the top 79% for efficiency among all PERC panels
