TSM132-8-675-700BHDG (675W variant)
Middle of its segment, heavy for its output
The Twinsel Electronic Technology 210 Heterojunction Module (HJT) series is designed to maximize energy yield under real-world operating conditions - not just in a laboratory setting. The use of HJT cells based on n-type and layered passivation structures results in high efficiency and stable performance, even under varying solar irradiance. These modules are distinguished by excellent performance at high temperatures, which helps to reduce power drops in summer and on roofs with poor ventilation. The bifacial design and half-cut cell configuration support better utilization of reflected and diffuse light, which is particularly important on bright roofs, ground-mounted installations, and carport structures. Another key advantage is resistance to PID (Potential Induced Degradation) and microcracks, which increases predictability over the long term. This solution is for investors who want higher power density on a limited surface area, and a technology that is clearly more advanced than traditional PERC modules.
Ranking
Signals from the data
Commercial, utility-scale, hot-climate and shaded-installations.
Weight-limited structures, roofs where every square metre has to count and tight roof space.
Bottom 5% of the HJT 650-700 W segment, against a median of 55.7. Ranked 11,028th in the whole database.
Bottom 16% of the HJT 650-700 W segment, against a median of 222.1.
Bottom 22% of the HJT 650-700 W segment, against a median of 22.20%.
- Efficiency of 21.9% matches the HJT 650-700W median
- At 217.3 W/m², this panel generates 4.8 W/m² less per unit area than HJT 650-700W median (222.1 W/m²)
- At -0.24%/°C, hot weather performance is typical for HJT 650-700W panels
- Bifaciality factor of 85% can add 4-13% extra yield with reflective mounting surface
- Ranked #6783 out of 14005 panels for efficiency in the database
