Middle of its segment, heavy for its output
The SKT680-700M12-132D5 solar panel series is an advanced solution based on M12 large-format silicon cells measuring 210 mm, which sets new efficiency standards in large-scale installations. The use of a bifacial double glass design allows for efficient energy generation from both sides of the module, significantly increasing yield in difficult ground conditions and on surfaces with high light reflectance. Thanks to the use of half-cut cell technology and multi-busbar connections, these modules minimize resistive losses and demonstrate excellent resistance to micro-cracks. For investors, the key benefit is BOS system cost optimization, as the high unit power of up to 700W allows for the installation of fewer structures and less cabling while maintaining the target power plant capacity. This solution effectively addresses the problem of limited space, offering the highest power density while maintaining a favorable temperature coefficient. This series is primarily dedicated to commercial solar farms and large industrial installations, where the priority is maximizing return on investment and long-term component reliability. It is distinguished from market competition by exceptional stability of operating parameters and reduced degradation, guaranteeing trouble-free and predictable power production for many years.

Weight-limited structures and hot climates.
Bottom 22% of the HJT 650-700 W segment, against a median of 55.7.
Bottom 24% of the HJT 650-700 W segment, against a median of -0.240.
- At 22.1% efficiency, this panel is on par with typical HJT 650-700W modules
- At 220.5 W/m² power density, roof space requirements are typical for HJT 650-700W panels
- Temperature coefficient of -0.26%/°C is 0.02pp worse than HJT 650-700W median (-0.24%/°C) - higher losses in summer heat
- 77% bifaciality enables rear-side power generation, boosting yield by 4-12% on reflective surfaces
- #6012 for efficiency, #511 for temperature performance out of 14005 panels

Datasheet charts
Measured curves published by Sunket New Energy in this model's datasheet. A chart carrying a wattage was measured on that variant alone - only the ones that describe 685 Wp appear here. The rest cover the whole series.
Simulations
Degradation from this panel's own datasheet figures. No inverter, soiling or shading losses.
Model: bifaciality × albedo × 0.6 view factor. A first-order estimate, not a yield simulation.
