Light for its output, no clear weak spot
The SunEvo Solar EVO 6N series is designed for installations where maximizing energy yield from a given area and ensuring stable performance over many years are key priorities. The modules utilize N-type HJT and TOPCon technology, which translates into high resistance to typical performance degradation observed in older systems, as well as better performance in challenging conditions.
A key advantage is the glass-glass (two-layer) design and bifacial operation - the panel can effectively collect light from both sides, which is particularly beneficial in locations with reflective surfaces, on flat roofs, and in ground-mounted systems. The use of multi-busbar solutions improves tolerance to micro-cracks and reduces losses at connections, while the robust and sealed construction facilitates the design of installations focused on long-term reliability.
The EVO 6N is a good choice for companies, PV farms, and demanding investors who expect greater energy yield without compromising on durability.
Ranking
Signals from the data
Commercial, utility-scale and hot-climate.
Top 13% of the HJT 700-750 W segment, against a median of 53.6.
Top 16% of the HJT 700-750 W segment, against a median of 230.2.
Top 16% of the HJT 700-750 W segment, against a median of 23.02%.
- At 23.5% efficiency, this panel is on par with typical HJT 700-750W modules
- At 235.0 W/m² power density, this panel generates 4.8 W/m² more per unit area than HJT 700-750W median (230.2 W/m²)
- At -0.24%/°C, hot weather performance is typical for HJT 700-750W panels
- Bifacial design (90% factor) captures reflected light - adds 4-14% yield on ground-mount or white roof
- In the top 5% for efficiency among all HJT panels

Datasheet charts
Measured curves published by SunEvo Solar in this model's datasheet. A chart carrying a wattage was measured on that variant alone - only the ones that describe 730 Wp appear here. The rest cover the whole series.
Simulations
Degradation from this panel's own datasheet figures. No inverter, soiling or shading losses.
Model: bifaciality × albedo × 0.6 view factor. A first-order estimate, not a yield simulation.
