Middle of its segment, heavy for its output
The Solaria SPVxxx-TG12-132BD (660-680W) series are modules designed for maximum energy yield on a large mounting surface - where every additional kilowatt counts, without the need for extensive structural modifications. The use of N-type TOPCon cells improves performance at higher temperatures and reduces degradation over time, which translates directly into more stable production in Polish conditions. The bifacial design allows for energy recovery from the rear side as well - particularly on light-colored roofs with a membrane or on ground-mounted systems with appropriate ground cover. The 132 half-cut configuration provides improved resistance to shading and lower internal losses, which will be appreciated in complex roof configurations or in row-based installations. Another advantage is the double glass, which increases the module's durability and resistance to environmental factors. This is the ideal choice for PV farms, industrial halls, and commercial projects, where yield, reliability, and long-term profitability are the top priorities.

Commercial, utility-scale and shaded-installations.
Weight-limited structures, tight roof space and roofs where every square metre has to count.
Bottom 10% of the TOPCon 650-700 W segment, against a median of 53.2.
Bottom 11% of the TOPCon 650-700 W segment, against a median of 22.40%.
Bottom 11% of the TOPCon 650-700 W segment, against a median of 223.7.
- Efficiency of 21.4% is 1.0pp below the TOPCon 650-700W median (22.4%)
- Power density of 214.3 W/m² is 9.4 W/m² below TOPCon 650-700W median (223.7 W/m²) - needs more roof space
- Temperature coefficient of -0.30%/°C matches the TOPCon 650-700W median
- At 38.0 kg, this panel is 3.4 kg heavier than the TOPCon 650-700W median (34.6 kg) - more demanding for installation crews
- #8267 for efficiency, #6093 for temperature performance out of 14005 panels
