Middle of its segment, heavy for its output
The Risen Heterojunction Hyper-ion (Hyper-ion) series comprises HJT modules designed for maximum energy yield under real-world conditions - especially in locations where stable operation at high temperatures and long-term production predictability are critical. The key feature is the HJT heterojunction technology, which combines high efficiency with low temperature sensitivity and excellent performance in both-sided power generation. In practice, this translates to higher annual yields without the need for system oversizing.
0BB cells (without traditional busbars) improve module structure connections and support resistance to micro-cracking, ensuring more reliable long-term performance. Additionally, ultra-thin wafers and low-temperature processes contribute to a lower carbon footprint, making the product ideal for environmentally demanding projects. The series also offers high resistance to PID and LeTID, making it suitable for large-scale PV farms, industrial installations, and demanding operational conditions where competitive modules often degrade over time.

Utility-scale and hot-climate.
Weight-limited structures, tight roof space and roofs where every square metre has to count.
Bottom 1% of the HJT 700-750 W segment, against a median of 53.6. Ranked 11,083rd in the whole database.
Bottom 4% of the HJT 700-750 W segment, against a median of 23.02%. Ranked 4,222nd in the whole database.
Bottom 8% of the HJT 700-750 W segment, against a median of 230.2. Ranked 3,989th in the whole database.
- At 22.5% efficiency, this panel is 0.5pp below the HJT 700-750W median of 23.0%
- At 225.3 W/m², this panel generates 4.9 W/m² less per unit area than HJT 700-750W median (230.2 W/m²)
- At -0.24%/°C, hot weather performance is typical for HJT 700-750W panels
- At 40.0 kg, this panel is 1.7 kg heavier than the HJT 700-750W median (38.3 kg) - more demanding for installation crews
- 90% bifaciality enables rear-side power generation, boosting yield by 4-14% on reflective surfaces

Datasheet charts
Measured curves published by Risen in this model's datasheet. A chart carrying a wattage was measured on that variant alone - only the ones that describe 700 Wp appear here. The rest cover the whole series.
Simulations
Degradation from this panel's own datasheet figures. No inverter, soiling or shading losses.
Model: bifaciality × albedo × 0.6 view factor. A first-order estimate, not a yield simulation.
