Space saver, weak in heat
The DESERV Extreme 132X series is a range of bifacial photovoltaic modules from RenewSys engineered to maximize energy yield from every square meter of roof or ground-mounted space. Built on TOPCon technology, the N-type cell architecture delivers higher energy conversion than conventional PERC modules, while the 132 half-cut cells arranged in a G12R layout reduce resistive losses and limit the impact of partial shading on overall panel performance. Thanks to bifacial technology, the panels harvest additional energy from reflected light hitting the rear side of the module, meaningfully boosting output without expanding the installation footprint - a solution particularly well suited to solar farms on reflective terrain and ground-mount installations. A robust anodized aluminum frame together with an IP68-rated junction box housing three bypass diodes ensures resilience against harsh weather and a wide operating temperature range. The 132X series is well suited for both commercial installations and large utility-scale projects, where a low levelized cost of energy (LCOE) and long-term production stability matter most.

Top 13% of the TOPCon 600-650 W segment, against a median of 227.7.
Top 13% of the TOPCon 600-650 W segment, against a median of 22.80%.
Bottom 19% of the TOPCon 600-650 W segment, against a median of -0.290.
- Efficiency of 23.4% is 0.6pp above the TOPCon 600-650W median (22.8%)
- 233.5 W/m² power density - 5.8 W/m² more than TOPCon 600-650W median (227.7 W/m²), more power per roof area
- At -0.30%/°C, hot weather performance is typical for TOPCon 600-650W panels
- Bifaciality factor of 80% can add 4-12% extra yield with reflective mounting surface
- #939 for efficiency, #6093 for temperature performance out of 14005 panels

Datasheet charts
Measured curves published by Renewsys in this model's datasheet. A chart carrying a wattage was measured on that variant alone - only the ones that describe 630 Wp appear here. The rest cover the whole series.
Simulations
Degradation from this panel's own datasheet figures. No inverter, soiling or shading losses.
Model: bifaciality × albedo × 0.6 view factor. A first-order estimate, not a yield simulation.
