Middle of its segment, heavy for its output
Seraphim Sable 685-700W (TOPCon 210mm) is a series of modules designed for maximum energy generation from large installations, where every square meter and every hour of system operation counts. The use of N-type TOPCon cells helps to minimize power losses over time and maintain high efficiency even after years of operation. This series of modules is also distinguished by low temperature coefficient - which allows them to perform better in hot conditions, when standard panels experience a more significant drop in performance.
The 210mm format design has been optimized for reducing BOS (Balance of System) costs - fewer modules for the same power output mean shorter installation times, fewer connections, and simpler farm-level work. Another advantage is high bifaciality, which allows for more efficient use of reflected light, which is important in bright environments or with appropriately selected support structures. This is the ideal choice for PV farms and C&I projects, where predictability and scalability are key.

Weight-limited structures.
Bottom 24% of the TOPCon 650-700 W segment, against a median of 53.2.
- At 22.2% efficiency, this panel is on par with typical TOPCon 650-700W modules
- At 222.1 W/m² power density, roof space requirements are typical for TOPCon 650-700W panels
- Temperature coefficient of -0.29%/°C matches the TOPCon 650-700W median
- Weight of 38.5 kg is 3.9 kg above TOPCon 650-700W median (34.6 kg) - verify structural support
- Bifacial design (80% factor) captures reflected light - adds 4-12% yield on ground-mount or white roof

Datasheet charts
Measured curves published by Seraphim in this model's datasheet. A chart carrying a wattage was measured on that variant alone - only the ones that describe 690 Wp appear here. The rest cover the whole series.
Simulations
Degradation from this panel's own datasheet figures. No inverter, soiling or shading losses.
Model: bifaciality × albedo × 0.6 view factor. A first-order estimate, not a yield simulation.
