Middle of its segment, modest efficiency
The Ulica Solar TOPCon (N TYPE) 600-615W series is designed for installations where maximizing power output per meter of structure and stable performance over many years are crucial. The use of n-type TOPCon cells results in low initial degradation and very good long-term parameter repeatability, which facilitates precise energy production planning in commercial projects.
These are bifacial modules that can recover additional light from the rear side - particularly on a reflective surface or with an appropriately designed structure. The glass-glass construction enhances resistance to weather conditions and reduces the risk of microcracks in demanding locations, while also supporting long-term durability.
In practice, this series addresses common issues associated with large-scale investments: limited surface area, energy losses due to heat, and the need for reliable operation in harsh environments. Another key advantage is PID resistance, which is important where the stability of the entire string is paramount. They are best suited for PV farms, industrial rooftops, and C&I projects focused on long-term returns.
