Space saver, no clear weak spot
The Ulica Solar TSM144-9-570-595BNDG series is designed for high yields on large rooftops and PV farms, where every square meter counts, and reliable performance over many years is essential. The use of N-type TOPCon cells results in improved resistance to aging and higher efficiency in real-world conditions, especially at elevated temperatures. The bifacial construction allows for the recovery of additional energy from reflections from the ground, which is a significant advantage on ground-mounted systems, transparent roof membranes, and carport structures.
The double glass variant enhances resistance to moisture, microcracks, and mechanical loads, making it suitable for safe operation in more challenging environments. Another key advantage is PID resistance, which limits the risk of power drops in installations operating at high voltages. This series is a good choice if the priority is lower energy costs over the lifetime of the installation, as well as the certainty of production under varying lighting conditions.
Ranking
Signals from the data
Utility-scale, commercial and hot-climate.
Top 7% of the TOPCon 550-600 W segment, against a median of 224.4. Ranked 1,758th in the whole database.
Top 10% of the TOPCon 550-600 W segment, against a median of 22.44%. Ranked 1,919th in the whole database.
- 23.0% module efficiency - 0.6pp better than the TOPCon 550-600W median of 22.4%
- Power density of 230.3 W/m² packs 5.9 W/m² more into the same footprint vs TOPCon 550-600W median (224.4 W/m²)
- At -0.29%/°C, hot weather performance is typical for TOPCon 550-600W panels
- Bifacial design (80% factor) captures reflected light - adds 4-12% yield on ground-mount or white roof
- In the top 14% for efficiency among all TOPCon panels

Datasheet charts
Measured curves published by Ulica Solar in this model's datasheet. A chart carrying a wattage was measured on that variant alone - only the ones that describe 595 Wp appear here. The rest cover the whole series.
Simulations
Degradation from this panel's own datasheet figures. No inverter, soiling or shading losses.
Model: bifaciality × albedo × 0.6 view factor. A first-order estimate, not a yield simulation.
