Strong in heat, no clear weak spot
Heckert Solar NEMO 4.2 80 M BLACK FRAME are advanced photovoltaic modules that introduce a new level of quality to the Polish market through the combination of German innovation and G12 cell technology. This series stands out for its use of larger silicon wafers, which translates to better utilization of the module surface area and higher energy conversion efficiency. Thanks to its solid construction with a black frame, these panels offer not only an aesthetic appearance but, above all, extreme mechanical resistance to snow pressure and strong wind gusts. It is an ideal choice for owners of single-family homes and enterprises that aim to maximize installation profits with limited roof space. What distinguishes this series from Asian competition is production to European quality standards, based on fully automated lines, which minimizes the risk of micro-cracks. By investing in these modules, the user gains above-average yield stability even on heavily cloudy days, which is crucial for a fast return on investment in our geographical conditions. By choosing this solution, you opt for an ecological production process and durability that guarantees trouble-free system operation for decades, solving the problem of frequent servicing and uncertainty regarding the actual power of the modules. It is a safe investment in premium technology that provides peace of mind and energy predictability.

Modules are produced in fully automated facilities in Chemnitz and Langenwetzendorf (Saxony), minimizing the risk of cell micro-cracks. The series was developed in collaboration with Fraunhofer ISE — Europe's leading photovoltaic research institute — ensuring a level of process discipline not typically achievable in standard Asian manufacturing.
The use of G12 (210 mm) cells in a half-cut configuration with 12 busbars (versus the market standard of 9–10) reduces internal resistance and mechanical stress. The cross-string layout characteristic of this series limits micro-crack propagation, resulting in greater long-term durability under variable thermal loading.
The module withstands snow loads up to 5,400 Pa and wind loads up to 2,400 Pa — values significantly exceeding IEC requirements for Polish climatic conditions (typical minimums: 2,400 Pa / 1,600 Pa). The 35 mm black anodized aluminum frame provides structural rigidity without a significant weight penalty.
The power temperature coefficient of −0.34 %/°C outperforms the typical −0.35 to −0.40 %/°C range for PERC-class modules, reducing output losses on hot summer days. At an average module temperature of 55 °C in Poland, power loss is approximately 0.7 percentage points lower than modules with a less favorable coefficient.
Certified resistance to salt mist (IEC 61701) and ammonia (IEC 62716) expands the range of eligible installation sites to coastal and agricultural applications (livestock facilities), where standard modules are susceptible to accelerated corrosion of electrical components.
The series uses P-type PERC cells, while a key peer comparable — the Luxor Solar Eco Line N-type TOPCon — achieves an efficiency of 21.33% at the same 410 W power class, and the Sunket SKT410~430M10-108D4 reaches 21.0%. N-type TOPCon cells exhibit lower LID degradation rates and higher annual energy yields, which over a 25-year operational lifetime can translate to a realistically 3–5% higher cumulative energy output.
The module is monofacial (is_bifacial: false), whereas the direct peer comparable Luxor Solar Eco Line offers a glass-glass bifacial version in the same power class. On installations with high-albedo surfaces (gravel, light-colored metal roofing), a bifacial module can generate an additional 5–15% energy without any increase in occupied roof area.
- At 20.8% efficiency, this panel is on par with typical PERC 400-450W modules
- Power density of 209.4 W/m² packs 3.2 W/m² more into the same footprint vs PERC 400-450W median (206.2 W/m²)
- At -0.34%/°C, hot weather performance is typical for PERC 400-450W panels
- At 21.0 kg, weight matches the PERC 400-450W median
- In the top 75% for efficiency among all PERC panels
