Middle of its segment, needs the roof space
The Goldi Solar GS10-M144-BF (HELOC PRO) series is designed for installations where maximizing power output from a given area and stable performance in challenging conditions are crucial. The use of a half-cut design minimizes resistance losses and improves module performance under partial shading, which is particularly beneficial on roofs with obstructions and in residential settings. Another key feature is the multi-busbar technology, which supports better current transfer and increases resistance to microcracks that can occur during transportation or operation. These modules also feature refined optics - textured glass and cell surfaces - which maintain high productivity even in less sunny conditions. An additional advantage is the enhanced PID resistance, which translates to less degradation and more reliable performance over the long term. HELOC PRO is a good choice for rooftop and commercial installations, as well as for PV farms, where lower energy costs and predictable yields are important.

Commercial, utility-scale and shaded-installations.
Roofs where every square metre has to count, tight roof space and owners who want a long output guarantee.
Bottom 6% of the PERC 500-550 W segment, against a median of 209.0. Ranked 11,707th in the whole database.
Bottom 7% of the PERC 500-550 W segment, against a median of 20.90%. Ranked 11,726th in the whole database.
Bottom 23% of the PERC 500-550 W segment, against a median of 30 yrs.
The upper end of the series at 21.7% (560 Wp model) matches the Exiom EX540-560M(B) (21.7%) and falls only 0.02 percentage points below the DAH Solar DHM-T72X10/BF/FS (21.72%). This places the series firmly at the top of the 144-cell bifacial PERC segment, conceding nothing to its direct competition.
The bifacial design enables capture of light reflected from the ground surface. At a typical ground albedo of 15–25%, this translates to a real-world 5–15% increase in annual energy yield compared to a monofacial equivalent — particularly significant in ground-mount, flat-roof, and utility-scale PV installations.
Goldi Solar has maintained BNEF Tier 1 bankable status since at least Q1 2020, with continued confirmation on subsequent lists. As a result, modules qualify for project finance and PPA agreements without additional manufacturer due diligence — a critical factor for utility-scale and commercial PV projects.
The combination of half-cut cell technology — which halves the current per string, reducing I²R resistive losses by ~75% — with a multi-busbar (MBB) architecture shortens current paths and improves resistance to both transportation-induced and fatigue-related microcracks. The net result is a lower degradation rate over the long-term operational horizon.
Textured glass and enhanced resistance to Potential Induced Degradation (PID) ensure that modules maintain high output under both diffuse irradiance conditions — typical for Poland, where approximately 40–50% of annual insolation is diffuse — and in long-term high-voltage system deployments.
The typical temperature coefficient of PERC is approximately -0.35%/°C, whereas N-type TOPCon modules available in the same power class achieve -0.28 to -0.30%/°C. At a cell temperature of 65°C — a realistic scenario during Polish summers on dark rooftops — this gap translates to roughly 2.5% less yield, a non-trivial difference in LCOE over a 25-year horizon. PERC remains cost-competitive, but it is no longer the technology frontier.
- Efficiency of 20.3% is 0.6pp below the PERC 500-550W median (20.9%)
- 203.3 W/m² power density is 5.7 W/m² below PERC 500-550W median (209.0 W/m²) - requires larger installation area
- Temperature coefficient of -0.35%/°C matches the PERC 500-550W median
