Middle of its segment, modest efficiency
The DMEGC GHxXXM10T-B60HST series was designed for demanding agri-PV and greenhouse installations, where performance isn’t measured only by yield, but also by stability in harsh environments. These modules are built on N-type monocrystalline cell architecture, which helps minimize typical performance losses over time and ensures predictable energy production across multiple seasons. The application of half-cut cell technology enhances resistance to micro-cracking and reduces losses during partial shading-common under coverings, with load-bearing structures, or in row layouts.
In practice, this series addresses yield fluctuations at high temperatures and uneven lighting conditions, offering superior thermal performance and better operation in low-light scenarios. An additional advantage is the high enclosure sealing (IP68), crucial for protection against moisture, splashing water, and dust.

The GHxxxM10T-B60HST series is among the few on the market designed from the ground up for agricultural and greenhouse installations — supporting adjustable light transmittance, framing resistant to agrochemicals, and humidity levels typical of polytunnel environments. DMEGC announced in 2026 a further evolution of the Greenhouse line based on the G12RT cell, offering a transmittance range of 2–50%.
N-type TOPCon cells deliver a Pmax temperature coefficient of -0.29%/°C, a clear improvement over PERC technology (~-0.35%/°C). In greenhouse installations where module temperatures regularly exceed 50°C, this difference translates into measurably higher seasonal energy yield.
The manufacturer guarantees at least 87.4% of rated power output after 30 years of operation, a performance level on par with the best offerings currently available on the market. The product warranty stands at 15 years — standard for the Tier-1 agri-PV segment.
DMEGC Solar maintains BloombergNEF Tier-1 status, confirming bankability of projects using these modules for non-recourse financing. For C&I projects and agri-PV farms requiring external project finance, this is a critical eligibility criterion.
The IP68-rated junction box protects against prolonged water immersion — a meaningful advantage in crops with intensive irrigation systems and spray applications. The half-cut cell layout reduces mismatch losses under partial shading from mounting structures and plant rows, a condition typical of row-based agri-PV installations.
Module efficiency ranges from 18.58–19.16%, while comparable N-type peers without agri-PV functionality (Solarspace SS8-60HD, Seraphim YUKON N, Resun RS8K-M) achieve 22.87–22.94%. The ~3.7–4.4 percentage point gap is an inherent result of the light transmittance design required for crop growth; however, for installations where light transmission is not required, it represents a genuine reduction in energy yield per m² of rooftop or ground area.
- Module efficiency of 19.0% is 3.6pp below average for N-type 450-500W panels (median: 22.5%)
- At 189.7 W/m², this panel generates 35.5 W/m² less per unit area than N-type 450-500W median (225.2 W/m²)
- Temperature coefficient of -0.29%/°C matches the N-type 450-500W median
- At 32.0 kg, this panel is 8.3 kg heavier than the N-type 450-500W median (23.7 kg) - more demanding for installation crews
- 80% bifaciality enables rear-side power generation, boosting yield by 4-12% on reflective surfaces
