The DMEGC GHxxxM10T-B66HSW-C and GHxxxM10T-B66HST-C solar panel series is an advanced solution based on N-type TOPCon cell technology, which sets new efficiency standards in the Polish climate. These modules effectively eliminate the problem of rapid power degradation, offering users significantly higher long-term energy stability than traditional older-type cells. Thanks to the Double Glass design, the panels are characterized by exceptional resistance to extreme weather conditions, such as hail or strong wind, making them a reliable choice for modern residential and industrial installations. The use of bifacial technology in the HST version allows for the generation of additional energy from reflected radiation, which significantly increases total electricity production in open spaces. The innovative cell construction makes the modules work more efficiently in low-light conditions, solving the problem of low yields on cloudy days. This series was created for those who focus on maximum power density and component longevity. What distinguishes them from competing solutions is an excellent temperature coefficient, which guarantees high efficiency even during summer heatwaves, which, combined with a low degradation rate, ensures a safe and fast return on investment for investors.

Common questions

6 answered
What is the difference between the GHxxxM10T-B66HSW-C and GHxxxM10T-B66HST-C versions?
Both versions of this series use N-type TOPCon technology and a Double Glass construction, but they differ in the way they generate energy. The HSW-C version is a monofacial panel that captures energy exclusively from the front surface. The HST-C version is bifacial, meaning it can also absorb irradiance reflected from the ground, delivering a real-world energy yield gain of 10–25% under suitable installation conditions — for example, in open areas or above light-colored surfaces.
What warranty is offered on the DMEGC GHxxxM10T-B66HSW-C / HST-C series panels?
DMEGC provides a 15-year product warranty (covering material and workmanship defects) and a 30-year linear power output warranty for this series. This means that after 30 years of operation the panel should retain at least 87.4% of its rated initial power. Such an extended power warranty is standard for N-type TOPCon cells and confirms the high quality of modules from a Bloomberg NEF Tier-1 manufacturer.
Is the DMEGC GHxxxM10T series suitable for agrivoltaic installations and greenhouses?
Yes. The GH designation in the series name stands for Agri & Greenhouse. The Double Glass (glass-glass) construction, in place of a conventional backsheet, provides better light transmittance, and superior resistance to moisture and ammonia — both critical in agricultural environments. The panels perform well in agrivoltaic systems installed above crops as well as on greenhouse roofs, combining energy generation with protection of plants from excessive solar radiation.
How does the DMEGC GHxxxM10T series perform during heat waves in Poland?
N-type TOPCon cells have a more favorable temperature coefficient than older PERC cells. This means that for each degree Celsius rise in module temperature, they lose less power output, resulting in higher energy yields on hot summer days. In practice, during Polish heat waves this series maintains noticeably higher efficiency than typical P-type modules, which has a direct positive impact on the annual energy production of the system.
Do the DMEGC GHxxxM10T-B66HSW-C / HST-C panels perform efficiently on overcast days?
Yes. One of the key advantages of N-type TOPCon technology is superior low-light performance compared to older-generation cells. The panels respond more effectively to diffuse irradiance, which predominates on cloudy days typical of the Polish climate. As a result, the annual energy yield from these modules is higher than STC-based figures alone would suggest, which is particularly significant in regions with high cloud cover.
Is the DMEGC GHxxxM10T-B66HSW-C / HST-C series still available for purchase?
No. The GHxxxM10T-B66HSW-C and GHxxxM10T-B66HST-C series has been discontinued and is no longer actively offered by distributors. Any remaining units may appear only as residual stock with select suppliers. If you require similar specifications — N-type TOPCon technology, Double Glass construction, and power output up to 550 W — it is worth contacting a DMEGC distributor to inquire about the current successor model for this series.
