Efficiency leader, no clear weak spot
The Titanium White series brings TOPCon cell performance to installers and investors who do not need the premium of a glass-glass bifacial module. Instead of a dual-glass, bifacial build, it uses a conventional glass-to-backsheet design with a white rear laminate, which keeps weight and cost down while preserving the high efficiency of N-type TOPCon cells. Half-cut, multi-busbar cells (182x91 mm) reduce resistive losses and improve current collection even under partial shading. The panel comes in several cell-count variants (108, 120, 132, 144), making it easy to match to small pitched residential roofs as well as large commercial arrays. The manufacturer highlights PID resistance and a robust build with an anodized aluminum frame rated for snow loads up to 5400 Pa and hail impact. Low first-year and annual power degradation supports stable energy output over the module's lifetime, which together with a low LCOE shortens payback periods. The series pairs proven TOPCon cell technology with a simpler, more affordable mechanical construction, making it a sensible choice wherever price-to-performance matters more than the all-black look of a bifacial glass module.
Ranking
Signals from the data
Commercial, utility-scale and shaded-installations.
Top 1% of the PERC 400-450 W segment, against a median of 20.60%. Ranked 6,233rd in the whole database.
Top 1% of the PERC 400-450 W segment, against a median of 206.2. Ranked 6,236th in the whole database.
Top 2% of the PERC 400-450 W segment, against a median of -0.350. Ranked 2,165th in the whole database.
Peak efficiency of 22.45% matches EGing PV STAR Pro (22.45%) and exceeds ZNShine ZXM7-UHLD144 (22.44%) and Silfab Commercial NTC (22.40%), placing Titanium White among the leading 580 Wp TOPCon panels on the market.
The glass-backsheet construction instead of the pricier glass-glass design retains the high efficiency of N-type TOPCon cells while reducing module weight and cost, improving the price-to-performance ratio versus comparable dual-glass panels.
With 20 variants across 108, 120, 132, and 144-cell configurations, the series fits both small pitched residential roofs and large commercial installations without switching manufacturers.
Splitting 182x91 mm cells into halves with an increased busbar count reduces resistive losses and improves energy harvest under partial shading, translating into higher real-world yield in urban and industrial settings.
The anodized aluminum frame withstands up to 5400 Pa of snow load, exceeding the standard 5400 Pa/2400 Pa rating offered by many budget manufacturers, making it suitable for high-snowfall regions.
Emmvee is not listed as a Bloomberg New Energy Finance Tier-1 manufacturer, which can complicate financing for commercial projects with some banks and EPCs — unlike comparable series from Silfab or ZNShine, whose manufacturers have established bankability.
The 12-year product warranty is shorter than the 15-25 years now offered by some premium 580 Wp TOPCon manufacturers, even though the 25-year power warranty is in line with market standards.
- At 22.1% efficiency, this panel is 1.4pp above typical PERC 400-450W modules (median: 20.6%)
- At 220.5 W/m² power density, this panel generates 14.3 W/m² more per unit area than PERC 400-450W median (206.2 W/m²)
- -0.29%/°C temperature coefficient (median: -0.35%/°C) - retains ~2% more power at high temperatures
- At 20.0 kg, this panel is 2.0 kg lighter than PERC 400-450W median (22.0 kg) - easier handling during installation
- Ranked #6233 out of 14005 panels for efficiency in the database
