Solid all-round for its segment
The Boviet Solar GAMMA SERIES™ is a monofacial module designed for stable and predictable energy production - whether on residential rooftops or in larger commercial and utility-scale installations. It combines PERC monocrystalline cells with a half-cut architecture, which helps minimize power losses under partial shading and enhances the module's operational safety in typical mounting conditions. The use of a multi-busbar MBB design improves current collection and resistance to microcracks, resulting in long-term reliability. The GAMMA series modules are also optimized for ease of installation - available frame and backsheet options simplify adaptation to roof aesthetics and design standards. This makes it an excellent choice for installers and EPCs who want to reduce project risk and simplify component selection, while also providing end-users with a worry-free operating experience and stable energy yields for years to come.

Signals from the data
Residential, commercial, utility-scale and shaded-installations.
Boviet Solar has appeared on the BNEF Tier 1 list for every quarter of 2025 and Q1 2026, and has ranked among the Top 10 most bankable manufacturers according to Wood Mackenzie since 2024. This status is a prerequisite for non-recourse financing on commercial projects and utility-scale PV plants.
GAMMA series modules (alongside the VEGA series) have been independently certified as Top Performers in the annual Kiwa PVEL PV Module Reliability Scorecard every year since 2019, including the 2024 edition. This certification confirms proven resistance to LeTID/PID degradation, moisture ingress, and mechanical load — data points material to insurers and project finance investors.
The series spans 24 variants ranging from 355 to 580 Wp across both cell technologies — P-type PERC and N-type TOPCon — allowing a single product portfolio to serve prosumer rooftop installations (lower wattages, PERC) as well as utility-scale projects (560–580 Wp, TOPCon) without requiring a supplier change.
TOPCon variants in the GAMMA series carry a 30-year linear power warranty — five years beyond the standard 25-year term offered by peer comparables such as the ZNShine ZXM7-UHLD144 and EGing PV STAR Pro. The extended warranty horizon directly reduces LCOE in financial models for utility-scale PV plants.
The highest-efficiency variants in the GAMMA series achieve 22.45% — matching the Emmvee Titanium Duo (22.45%) and EGing PV STAR Pro (22.45%), and exceeding the ZNShine ZXM7-UHLD144 (22.44%). High module efficiency directly reduces the roof area or land footprint required for a given system capacity.
The entire GAMMA series is monofacial — no bifacial variants are available — while direct competitor Emmvee Titanium Duo (identical 22.45% efficiency, same 580 Wp peak power) offers a bifacial glass-glass configuration with a typical rear-side energy gain of 5–15% in ground-mount and flat-roof installations over a high-albedo surface. For utility-scale PV projects where ground reflectance exceeds 15%, the absence of a bifacial option translates to a measurably lower annual energy yield compared to competing modules at a similar price point.
- Efficiency of 20.5% matches the PERC 400-450W median
- Power density of 204.7 W/m² matches the PERC 400-450W median
- Temperature coefficient of -0.35%/°C matches the PERC 400-450W median
- At 23.9 kg (1.9 kg above PERC 400-450W median of 22.0 kg), requires checking roof load capacity
- Ranked #11523 out of 14005 panels for efficiency in the database
