The INTEGLOW series from Avaada is a premium photovoltaic lineup engineered for utility-scale power plants and large-format C&I installations, where maximizing energy yield per square meter of roof or ground is critical. At its core lies N-type TOPCon technology paired with a bifacial design, allowing the panel to capture light reflected from the ground and boost energy output by a significant margin compared to conventional monofacial modules. The use of half-cut cells combined with an advanced multi-busbar configuration reduces resistive losses and improves mechanical resistance to microcracks, resulting in more stable performance under demanding climate conditions. A low temperature coefficient keeps INTEGLOW modules performing efficiently even on scorching days, minimizing the power losses typical of hot climates. The glass-to-glass build and strong PID resistance deliver long-term durability and a lower levelized cost of energy (LCOE) across the system's lifetime. This makes the series a solid choice for investors and project developers seeking high reliability, predictable return on investment, and technology ready to integrate with modern MPPT trackers and BoS infrastructure.

What owners get
High efficiency up to 23.6%

The INTEGLOW series reaches 22.6-23.6% efficiency, clearly outperforming comparable 610 Wp modules such as Techwise Solar Summit Series (21.55%) and GCL-M12/60GDF (21.6%). This translates into higher energy yield per square meter of roof or ground area.

N-type TOPCon technology with bifacial design

The combination of N-type TOPCon cells with a dual-glass bifacial construction captures albedo reflected from the ground, boosting energy output by up to several tens of percent versus classic monofacial modules, while also delivering lower LID degradation than older PERC cells.

30-year linear power warranty

The 30-year power warranty places INTEGLOW among the segment leaders, above the standard 25-year warranties offered by many Tier-1 manufacturers, directly lowering LCOE over the system's lifetime.

Half-cut cells and multi-busbar configuration

Half-cut cells combined with an advanced multi-busbar layout reduce resistive losses and improve mechanical resistance to microcracks, which is important for transport and installation on large utility-scale farms.

PID resistance and low temperature coefficient

High resistance to PID degradation combined with a low temperature coefficient ensures more stable performance in hot climates, limiting the power losses typical of standard single-glass module designs.

Trade-offs
12-year product warranty below premium trend

The product warranty is 12 years, while several of the latest premium offerings (2025-2026) already provide 20-25 years of product warranty alongside the same 30-year power warranty, creating a gap in early-life investor protection.

Limited manufacturer track record

Avaada Electro only scaled up broad TOPCon module production around 2024-2025, unlike established players such as GCL or Renewsys with a longer supply history. This shorter track record can be a risk factor when assessing bankability (BNEF Tier-1) for large utility-scale project financing.

About the INTEGLOW series

6 answered

These answers cover the whole series. Where a figure differs, the specification above is this module's own.

What is N-type TOPCon technology used in Avaada INTEGLOW panels, and does it translate into higher energy yield?
TOPCon (Tunnel Oxide Passivated Contact) is an N-type cell technology that reduces electron recombination at the cell surface through an additional passivation layer. In practice, this means higher conversion efficiency compared to classic PERC cells and lower power degradation over time. For utility-scale investors, this translates into higher energy yield per square meter of roof or ground area throughout the system's operating life.
Do bifacial INTEGLOW panels require special mounting to take advantage of their two-sided design?
Yes, to fully utilize a bifacial module's potential, the mounting structure should provide ground clearance and a bright, reflective surface beneath the panel, such as white gravel or light-colored concrete. Elevated ground-mount racking delivers the best results. On a dark bitumen roof with minimal clearance, the rear-side gain will be much lower than in utility-scale ground-mount installations.
What warranty does Avaada offer on INTEGLOW panels, and what does it cover?
The manufacturer provides a 12-year product warranty covering material and workmanship defects, along with a 30-year linear power output warranty. This means the module should retain a guaranteed minimum percentage of its initial rated power after 30 years of operation. This warranty length is typical for premium TOPCon utility-scale modules and positively impacts the project's LCOE calculation.
What is the maximum power output of an INTEGLOW panel, and what installations is it suited for?
The flagship model in the INTEGLOW series reaches a maximum power output of 610 Wp, classifying it as a high-power module intended primarily for utility-scale solar farms and commercial and industrial (C&I) installations. High unit power reduces the number of modules, mounting hardware, and cabling needed per megawatt installed, lowering Balance of System (BoS) costs across the whole installation.
Are Avaada INTEGLOW panels resistant to PID degradation, and what does that mean in practice?
Yes, INTEGLOW modules feature high resistance to PID (Potential Induced Degradation), a phenomenon causing power loss due to a voltage difference between the cell and the frame or ground, especially in high DC voltage systems. PID resistance matters in large installations with central inverters and long module strings where system voltages are high, since it prevents uncontrolled power loss over time.
Where is Avaada based, and are INTEGLOW panels available in the European market?
Avaada is a manufacturer headquartered in India, running its own cell and module production line with TOPCon technology for large-scale solar projects. The INTEGLOW series remains part of the manufacturer's current lineup and is available to developers and investors for utility-scale and C&I installations, including export markets outside India.
