Space saver, weak in heat
The SunEvo Solar EVO 5N series is designed for high energy production under real-world operating conditions, particularly when module temperatures rise or when the installation is in a challenging environment. The use of N-type cells in the TOPCon technology helps to minimize typical power losses seen in older solutions, while also improving long-term stability. In practice, this means more predictable performance and easier cost planning.
The EVO 5N modules utilize half-cut design and multi-busbar architecture (SMBB/MBB), which supports better performance under partial shading and reduces the risk of microcracks that can affect performance. Bifacial variants also allow for additional energy recovery from reflected light - particularly on bright roofs, ground, or in industrial installations.
This series is for demanding prosumers, companies, and PV farms that want to invest in more modern technology and longer-term performance guarantees rather than compromising on the performance of P-type panels.

Top 6% of the HJT 400-450 W segment, against a median of 221.6. Ranked 2,845th in the whole database.
Top 10% of the HJT 400-450 W segment, against a median of 22.20%. Ranked 3,061st in the whole database.
Bottom 23% of the HJT 400-450 W segment, against a median of -0.240.
- Efficiency of 22.8% is 0.6pp above the HJT 400-450W median (22.2%)
- Power density of 227.9 W/m² packs 6.3 W/m² more into the same footprint vs HJT 400-450W median (221.6 W/m²)
- Temperature coefficient of -0.26%/°C is 0.02pp worse than HJT 400-450W median (-0.24%/°C) - higher losses in summer heat
- Bifacial design (90% factor) captures reflected light - adds 4-14% yield on ground-mount or white roof
- Ranked #3061 out of 14129 panels for efficiency in the database

Datasheet charts
Measured curves published by SunEvo Solar in this model's datasheet. A chart carrying a wattage was measured on that variant alone - only the ones that describe 445 Wp appear here. The rest cover the whole series.
Simulations
Degradation from this panel's own datasheet figures. No inverter, soiling or shading losses.
Model: bifaciality × albedo × 0.6 view factor. A first-order estimate, not a yield simulation.
