Efficiency leader, heavy for its output
The Mono S4 Halfcut Trend Full Black series is Solar-Fabrik's response to the growing demand for solar panels that combine high performance with impeccable aesthetics. The uniform black appearance - black frame, black laminate, and black grid lines - allows the installation to seamlessly blend into dark roofs, without disrupting the building's architecture. The heart of the module is the N-Type TopCon half-cut cells, which, compared to standard P-Type cells, generate higher voltage and exhibit better LID (light-induced degradation) resistance. The half-cut cell design reduces internal losses and increases resistance to shading - particularly important in urban and complex roof installations. The glass-glass construction with tempered, anti-reflective glass on both sides provides exceptional durability, Class 4 hail resistance, resistance to chemicals (ammonia, solar aerosols), and Class A fire resistance. The entire system is covered by a 30-year product warranty issued by a German manufacturer - a unique standard of assurance in the solar panel market. This solution is designed for demanding installations on single-family homes and commercial buildings, where aesthetics and long-term reliability are equally important.
Ranking
Signals from the data
Residential, commercial and shaded-installations.
Weight-limited structures.
Top 17% of the TOPCon 400-450 W segment, against a median of 22.00%.
Bottom 23% of the TOPCon 400-450 W segment, against a median of 51.4.
- At 22.3% efficiency, this panel is on par with typical TOPCon 400-450W modules
- Power density of 222.7 W/m² matches the TOPCon 400-450W median
- At -0.29%/°C, hot weather performance is typical for TOPCon 400-450W panels
- Weight of 24.9 kg is 2.9 kg above TOPCon 400-450W median (22.0 kg) - verify structural support
- Bifacial design (80% factor) captures reflected light - adds 4-12% yield on ground-mount or white roof
