Middle of its segment, heavy for its output
The HY-DH108N8 series from Runergy is a bifacial module family built for investors who want to squeeze maximum output from every square meter of roof or ground-mount space. The panels are built on N-Type TOPCon technology using a 182 mm cell platform, delivering high conversion efficiency and stable performance even under diffuse light and elevated temperatures. The use of half-cut cells reduces resistive losses and limits the impact of partial shading on the performance of the whole module string, which matters on unconventional roof layouts. The bifacial dual-glass design captures additional energy reflected from the ground - soil, gravel, or a light-colored roof surface - making the series a strong fit for ground-mount and freestanding installations. Runergy places heavy emphasis on durability: the modules offer strong resistance to LID, LeTID, and PID degradation, while their mechanical structure withstands heavy snow, wind, and hail loads. The whole series is backed by a 30-year linear power warranty, making it a solid choice for both commercial-scale installations and demanding prosumer projects focused on a low lifetime cost of energy.

Weight-limited structures.
Bottom 17% of the N-type 400-450 W segment, against a median of 51.2.
- At 22.0% efficiency, this panel is on par with typical N-type 400-450W modules
- At 220.2 W/m² power density, roof space requirements are typical for N-type 400-450W panels
- Temperature coefficient of -0.29%/°C matches the N-type 400-450W median
- At 24.2 kg, this panel is 2.2 kg heavier than the N-type 400-450W median (22.0 kg) - more demanding for installation crews
- 80% bifaciality enables rear-side power generation, boosting yield by 4-12% on reflective surfaces

Datasheet charts
Measured curves published by Runergy in this model's datasheet. A chart carrying a wattage was measured on that variant alone - only the ones that describe 430 Wp appear here. The rest cover the whole series.
Simulations
Degradation from this panel's own datasheet figures. No inverter, soiling or shading losses.
Model: bifaciality × albedo × 0.6 view factor. A first-order estimate, not a yield simulation.
