Space saver, no clear weak spot
The Peimar OR Series consists of half-cut modules designed to perform reliably in real roof and ground conditions, where factors such as shading losses, high temperatures, and long-term reliability are critical. Dividing the cells in half improves the current distribution within the module, which in practice helps to minimize power losses under partial shading and increases resistance to microcracks that can occur during installation and operation. Depending on the variant, either monofacial or bifacial solutions are available, as well as versions with TOPCon (N-type) technology, which support high efficiency and better long-term performance stability. An additional advantage is the hardened glass with an anti-reflective coating, which improves light absorption and resistance to weather conditions. The OR Series is a good choice for residential, commercial, and industrial installations - particularly where high annual yield, predictable performance, and the flexibility to choose a module for the project are important.
Ranking
Signals from the data
Residential, commercial, utility-scale, shaded-installations and hot-climate.
Top 14% of the TOPCon 450-500 W segment, against a median of 225.2.
Top 14% of the TOPCon 450-500 W segment, against a median of 22.52%.
Efficiency of 23.03-23.04% puts the OR Series on par with the best peer comparables (Solarspace Lumina II 23.03%, Heliene 144HC 23.02%) and clearly ahead of Sunova TS-BW78 (21.3%) at the same 595 Wp max power.
The combination of N-type TOPCon technology with half-cut cell design reduces LID/LeTID degradation, improves high-temperature performance, and increases resistance to microcracks from transport and installation.
The linear power warranty extends to 30 years, exceeding the segment's typical 25-year standard, while the 25-year product warranty adds solid long-term investment protection.
Bifacial variants capture additional energy from ground albedo reflection, which is particularly beneficial for ground-mount installations and light-colored roofs where monofacial modules lose this potential.
7 variants spanning 450-595 Wp provide flexibility to fit both small residential rooftop systems and commercial/industrial-scale projects without switching suppliers within a single series.
Peimar does not appear on the current BloombergNEF Tier-1 list, which in practice can make bank financing harder for large commercial and utility-scale projects compared with manufacturers holding that status (e.g., Jinko, Trina, LONGi).
The OR Series launched in 2023, and the manufacturer itself (Turin, Italy) has operated since only 2012 - a much shorter track record than Asian giants with over a decade of field history, making long-term degradation harder to independently verify.
- At 23.0% efficiency, this panel is 0.5pp above typical TOPCon 450-500W modules (median: 22.5%)
- At 230.4 W/m² power density, this panel generates 5.2 W/m² more per unit area than TOPCon 450-500W median (225.2 W/m²)
- At -0.29%/°C, hot weather performance is typical for TOPCon 450-500W panels
- In the top 12% for efficiency among all TOPCon panels

Datasheet charts
Measured curves published by Peimar in this model's datasheet. A chart carrying a wattage was measured on that variant alone - only the ones that describe 450 Wp appear here. The rest cover the whole series.
Simulations
Degradation from this panel's own datasheet figures. No inverter, soiling or shading losses.
Model: bifaciality × albedo × 0.6 view factor. A first-order estimate, not a yield simulation.
