Solid all-round for its segment
The Jinko Solar Tiger Pro 60HC series features high-performance modules designed for maximum energy yield on limited roof space - without compromising on reliability. Using Half-Cell Technology improves tolerance to partial shading and helps minimize losses related to localized heating, resulting in more stable system performance under typical rooftop conditions. Another highlight of this series is the Multi Busbar (MBB) structure, which reduces resistive losses and supports better current collection from the cells, maintaining good performance even under poor insolation.
A further advantage is Tiling Ribbon Technology (TR), which minimizes inactive space between cells, supporting higher module efficiency. The Tiger Pro 60HC is an excellent choice for residential and commercial installations where profitability, aesthetics, and long-term stability of parameters matter - and for projects facing harsher environmental conditions, thanks to its PID Resistance and optimized lamination structure.

JinkoSolar has ranked #1 in BloombergNEF's Module Bankability Survey for 10 consecutive years and was the only manufacturer to receive a 100% bankability rating in the 2024 edition. For investors and lenders financing PV assets, this represents the lowest counterparty risk and the broadest acceptance in project-financed deals.
The combination of 10-busbar MBB, half-cut cells, and Tiling Ribbon (TR) technology works synergistically: MBB shortens current paths and reduces resistive losses, half-cut cells halve the operating current per sub-string, and TR eliminates inactive inter-cell gaps. The net result is improved partial-shading tolerance and more stable output under low-irradiance conditions.
The module is rated for 2400 Pa wind load and 5400 Pa snow load, with verified resistance to salt mist and ammonia — key for coastal and agricultural deployments. PID resistance is factory-certified for both 1000 V and 1500 V system configurations.
14 variants spanning 440–470 Wp in ~2–3 Wp increments allow precise string sizing to match available rooftop area or grid connection limits, minimizing mismatch losses — particularly relevant for residential prosumer and small C&I installations.
Tiger Pro 60HC was manufactured from 2020 through 2023 and is no longer in active production. This creates increasing difficulty sourcing identical replacement modules for system expansions or warranty replacements over the 25-year power guarantee horizon.
The series peaks at 21.78% module efficiency, while peer comparables at the same 470 Wp power ceiling — Recom Lynx and Sunlike Solar SKT450–470M12 — achieve 23.52%. The 1.74 pp gap translates to approximately 8% less energy yield per m² of module area, a tangible constraint in space-limited rooftop installations.
P-type PERC cells exhibit first-year LID of 1.5–2.5%, compared to 0.2–0.5% for N-type TOPCon — the market standard since approximately 2023. The Pmax temperature coefficient for PERC is approximately -0.35%/°C versus -0.29 to -0.32%/°C for TOPCon, resulting in measurably higher power losses on hot summer days common on poorly ventilated rooftops.
- At 20.9% efficiency, this panel is on par with typical PERC 450-500W modules
- At 208.5 W/m² power density, roof space requirements are typical for PERC 450-500W panels
- At -0.35%/°C, hot weather performance is typical for PERC 450-500W panels
- In the top 74% for efficiency among all PERC panels
