Efficiency leader, needs the roof space
The Gamko New Energy GKA182/210M series has been designed for maximum energy yield in situations where every square meter and long-term stability are crucial. The use of monocrystalline cells in the PERC technology helps to better utilize radiation under typical Polish conditions, even in cloudy weather and during early mornings. The bifacial version allows for "collecting" light from both sides - which effectively supports production on bright roofs, ground-mounted structures, and carport structures.
Another advantage of this series is the availability of full black versions, which are often chosen for modern homes where a consistent aesthetic is desired. The modules use a multi-busbar design, which helps to reduce losses and improve resistance to microcracks during transport and installation. This is a good choice for home and small business installations when you are looking for high efficiency, flexibility in choosing a version, and long-term warranty protection.

The GKA182/210M series modules achieve 23% efficiency, while directly comparable series in a similar power range (up to 360 Wp) post significantly lower values: Corab Encor 19.27%, Lina Energy LE MEPV 18.44%, Bisol Spectrum 18.0%. A gap of more than 3.5–5 percentage points translates into a noticeably smaller footprint required to achieve the same installed peak power.
The manufacturer provides a 30-year warranty covering both the product and linear power output, whereas the industry standard for this price segment is 25 years. The extended coverage reduces financial risk for prosumer installations, which typically reach payback within 8–15 years.
The bifacial variant harvests energy from irradiance reflected off the ground or rooftop surface, delivering 5–15% additional yield in practice on high-albedo substrates (white gravel, light-colored metal roofing, concrete). The combination of bifacial and PERC in this power class (up to 360 Wp) is uncommon among the competing series evaluated.
The multi-busbar design shortens current path length within the cell, reducing internal resistance and shading losses. It simultaneously increases tolerance to microcracks induced during transport and installation, which is particularly relevant under Polish winter conditions involving cyclic snow loading.
The availability of a full-black version (black frame + black backsheet) extends the application scope to the premium market: single-family homes with aesthetic requirements, contemporary architecture, and street-facing installations. Bisol Spectrum and Corab Encor do not offer a full all-black variant in this power class based on available datasheets.
By 2026, N-type TOPCon technology has become the standard for modules rated ≥23% efficiency. P-type PERC cells exhibit a Light-Induced Degradation (LID) effect of approximately 1.5–2% in the first year of operation, compared to typically <0.5% for TOPCon. Over a 30-year warranty period, this difference results in meaningfully lower cumulative energy yield than STC efficiency figures alone would suggest.
Current residential and commercial products from Tier-1 manufacturers (Jinko, LONGi, Trina) standardly cover 415–580 Wp per module. The maximum 360 Wp variant requires installing a larger number of modules to achieve the same system peak power, which can increase labor and wiring costs for projects ≥10 kWp.
Gamko New Energy (capacity ~1.2 GW/year in 2023) does not appear on available BNEF Tier 1 lists for Q1 2026, unlike dominant manufacturers such as Jinko, LONGi, Trina, and JA Solar. For installations financed through bank loans or leasing, this may create difficulties in module acceptance by financing institutions that require a bankable manufacturer.
- Efficiency of 23.0% is 3.6pp above the PERC 0-400W median (19.4%)
- 173.1 W/m² power density is 21.3 W/m² below PERC 0-400W median (194.4 W/m²) - requires larger installation area
- Weight of 16.2 kg (4.3 kg below PERC 0-400W median of 20.5 kg) allows easier transport and roof mounting
- In the top 14% for efficiency among all PERC panels
