The SunKean SKT345-365M10 (Terracotta) series are modules designed for installations where both performance and aesthetics are important. The characteristic terracotta-orange finish allows for better integration of photovoltaic panels with ceramic tiles and facades, making the installation less noticeable and more easily accepted in buildings with high aesthetic requirements. The use of modern monocrystalline solar cells in the TOPCon technology and the half-cut configuration provides more stable performance under partial shading and in hot weather, leading to more predictable energy production in Polish conditions. The modules also have a positive power tolerance, and the robust construction with tempered glass and a hermetically sealed junction box enhances weather resistance. This is a good solution for single-family homes, historic buildings, premium developments, and anywhere where standard black panels are visually unacceptable, and there is a need for architectural compatibility.

Common questions

6 answered
Do SunKean SKT345-365M10 Terracotta panels match the color of ceramic roof tiles?
Yes, the Terracotta series was specifically designed to blend in with ceramic roof tiles. The brick-orange finish makes the PV installation far less noticeable than standard black panels and helps it integrate naturally with traditional architecture. This is especially valuable for single-family homes and premium projects where the visual appearance of the roof matters.
What is TOPCon technology and what advantages does it offer in SunKean Terracotta panels?
TOPCon (Tunnel Oxide Passivated Contact) is an advanced monocrystalline cell technology that achieves higher efficiency than older PERC cells. In the SKT345-365M10 series, this translates into better energy yield from the same roof area. TOPCon cells also handle high temperatures more effectively, reducing power losses during hot summer days and delivering more predictable output throughout the year.
What warranty does SunKean provide on the SKT345-365M10 Terracotta panels?
SunKean offers a 12-year product warranty covering material and manufacturing defects, along with a 25-year linear power warranty. The power warranty guarantees that the module will maintain output above a specified minimum level for 25 years after installation. This is a standard, market-level protection for panels in this class, providing long-term peace of mind for the system owner.
Will SunKean Terracotta panels perform well on a roof with a chimney or dormers causing partial shading?
Yes. The half-cut cell design splits each cell into two independent halves, significantly reducing power losses caused by partial shading. When a chimney, dormer, or neighboring structure shadows part of a panel, the unshaded portion continues operating with minimal disruption. This is a key advantage for typical residential installations in Poland, where single-family roofs rarely have a completely clear, unobstructed surface.
Can SunKean SKT345-365M10 Terracotta panels be installed on heritage buildings or in conservation zones?
The brick-orange appearance of the Terracotta series allows the installation to visually blend with traditional ceramic roofing, which can be a significant factor when seeking approval from heritage conservation authorities. The final decision always depends on local regulations and the relevant authority, but the aesthetic consistency with the existing roof covering greatly improves the chances of permit approval in demanding historic locations.
How many SunKean Terracotta 365 Wp panels are needed for a typical single-family home?
A typical Polish household consumes between 3,000 and 5,000 kWh per year, corresponding to a system size of 3 to 6 kWp. At a peak power of 365 Wp per module, that means between 9 and 17 panels from the SKT345-365M10 series. The exact number depends on annual energy consumption, roof orientation, and local solar irradiance. A certified installer can determine the optimal system size for your specific situation.
