Solid all-round for its segment
The Solar-Fabrik Mono S4 Halfcut series | Transparency Project are specialized photovoltaic modules designed specifically for agrivoltaics - the innovative combination of solar energy production with agricultural cultivation on the same land area. A key distinguishing feature of this series is a partial transparency of 33% or 37%, which provides an optimal balance between shading and access to sunlight for crops, without negatively impacting yields. Thanks to the double-glass construction and half-cut cell technology, the modules offer increased reliability and mechanical resistance in challenging field conditions. Partial shading of crops reduces water evaporation from the soil, reducing the plants' water needs and improving irrigation efficiency. At the same time, the design protects crops from extreme weather conditions - hail, intense sunlight, and heavy rain. The series has fire protection class A and TÜV-certified mechanical strength of up to 8,100 Pa with hail resistance class 3-4. This solution is dedicated to agricultural-energy farms that want to simultaneously generate renewable energy and conduct productive cultivation - without sacrificing valuable land area.
