Middle of its segment, needs the roof space
The DAH DHN-54Z16/DG series is a breakthrough solution in the photovoltaic market that eliminates one of the biggest operational problems - the accumulation of contaminants on the module edges. The patented Full Screen technology applied here makes the front glass perfectly flush with the frame, allowing water to flow freely and facilitating the self-cleaning of dust and dirt during rainfall. Thanks to the use of modern N-type TOPCon cells, the panels are characterized by higher efficiency and significantly slower power degradation over time compared to standard solutions. The bifacial Double Glass construction increases mechanical resistance and guarantees excellent performance in harsh environmental conditions, making this series an ideal choice for investors who value durability and long-term maintenance-free operation. These modules effectively solve the problem of energy losses resulting from the phenomenon of edge shading, which directly translates into higher yields from domestic and industrial installations. Choosing this series is an investment in innovation that stands out from the competition with its unique frame structure, realistically reducing service and cleaning costs. These panels perform exceptionally well especially on roofs with a low pitch angle, where traditional frame systems trap sediment that limits the efficiency of the entire system.

Residential and commercial.
Roofs where every square metre has to count, tight roof space and weight-limited structures.
Bottom 7% of the TOPCon 450-500 W segment, against a median of 225.2. Ranked 7,637th in the whole database.
Bottom 8% of the TOPCon 450-500 W segment, against a median of 22.52%. Ranked 7,734th in the whole database.
Bottom 13% of the TOPCon 450-500 W segment, against a median of 52.2.
Flush-mounting the front glass to the frame eliminates the gap that traps dust and water, reducing soiling-related energy losses by 6–15% compared to conventionally framed modules. The benefit is especially significant on rooftops with tilt angles below 15°, where self-cleaning in standard modules is virtually nonexistent.
A peak efficiency of 22.92% places the series directly alongside the Sunlike Solar SKT490~510M12-108D4 (22.93%) and just behind the JA Solar JAM60S40 LR (23.00%), while clearly outperforming the Trina Solar Vertex (21.2%). The gap to the segment leader is only 0.08 percentage points — effectively negligible under real installation conditions.
The manufacturer guarantees at least 87.4% of nominal power output after 30 years of operation. Most competitors — including Trina Solar and JA Solar in their standard series — offer linear warranties that expire after 25 years; DAH extends this horizon by 5 years at no additional cost.
The Double Glass construction with ~85% bifaciality delivers an additional 5–25% energy yield from the rear surface of the module, depending on ground albedo and system geometry. Double Glass modules also exhibit significantly lower PID degradation risk and greater resistance to moisture and UV radiation than backsheet-based counterparts.
DAH Solar has maintained BNEF Tier 1 status continuously since at least Q1 2025 (confirmed through Q3 2025), ensuring project bankability and acceptance by project finance lenders. In September 2025, the Full Screen series ranked 9th in the TOP SOLAR MODULES ranking — an independent third-party validation of product quality.
The Double Glass construction (two glass panes, 2+2 mm) increases module weight to 26.6 kg, compared to ~21–23 kg for a typical monofacial backsheet module of equivalent power. On rooftops with limited structural load capacity, this may require a structural engineering assessment or roof reinforcement.
The Full Screen technology (no conventional front frame) requires clamps compatible with the Double Glass profile and may be incompatible with some popular racking systems designed for framed modules. Installers must confirm hardware compatibility before placing an order.
- At 21.6% efficiency, this panel is 0.9pp below the TOPCon 450-500W median of 22.5%
- Power density of 215.7 W/m² is 9.5 W/m² below TOPCon 450-500W median (225.2 W/m²) - needs more roof space
- Temperature coefficient of -0.29%/°C matches the TOPCon 450-500W median
- At 26.6 kg (2.6 kg above TOPCon 450-500W median of 24.0 kg), requires checking roof load capacity
- Bifaciality factor of 80% can add 4-12% extra yield with reflective mounting surface
